Frequently asked questions

Where are your scheduled courses held?

At The Pavilion, Kingsway, Gloucester, opposite Asda. See our venue page for directions.

How many people can you train on-site?

Group sizes depend on the course and the ratios set by the awarding body. Tell us how many staff need training and we will plan the right number of sessions.

What do we need to provide?

A room with enough clear floor space for practical work and a table for paperwork. We bring all the training equipment and course materials.

What ID do learners need?

For accredited courses the awarding body needs date of birth and proof of ID. It does not need to be photo ID: a bank card is fine. We only look at it; we never copy or keep it.
