Frequently asked questions
Do you have a training centre in Worcester?
No. We train on-site at your workplace in Worcester, and our scheduled public courses run at The Pavilion, Kingsway, Gloucester.
How many people can you train on-site?
Group sizes depend on the course and the awarding body’s ratios. Tell us how many staff need training and we will plan the right number of sessions.
What do we need to provide?
A room with enough clear floor space for practical work and a table for paperwork. We bring all the training equipment and course materials.
What ID do learners need?
For accredited courses the awarding body needs date of birth and proof of ID. It does not need to be photo ID: a bank card is fine. We only look at it; we never copy or keep it.

We also train workplaces in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tewkesbury and Hereford.
