Emergency first aid in the workplace (RFU) course run by Jim was excellent – far better than any other first aid course I have attended. I felt much more confident after the day, and the way Jim delivered it meant I actually learnt it and remembered it, rather than just looking at a PowerPoint! The day was practical, relevant and I came away with lots of memory hooks which will help me do my very best for the rugby team I look after. I would highly recommend Jim for your first aid training. He de-bunked some myths, made tricky things simple to remember and the day just flew by.
