One day when we deliver it on-site at your workplace. Our scheduled courses in Gloucester are blended: online learning followed by a half-day practical session.

Where do you run EFAW courses?

Scheduled courses run at The Pavilion, Kingsway, Gloucester. We also train teams on-site at workplaces across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire, Bath & North East Somerset, Somerset and Bristol.

How long is the EFAW certificate valid?

Three years. To stay qualified, your first aiders need to retake the course before the certificate expires.

Who awards the qualification?

Successful learners receive the Ofqual-regulated QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF), awarded by Qualsafe Awards.

How many first aiders do we need?

What ID do learners need?

How long is the certificate valid?

Three years. HSE strongly recommends a short annual refresher to keep skills current.

Is EFAW enough for my workplace?

EFAW suits lower-risk workplaces. Higher-risk or larger sites may need the three-day First Aid at Work course. Your first aid needs assessment decides this, and we can help you with it.
